Please allow 5–10 business days for order processing and 6–14 business days for standard shipping (delivery times vary by location).

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email at the address provided during checkout. Once your package has shipped, you will receive a second email with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery.

To avoid delays, please carefully review all shipping information before submitting your order. If we need to contact you to correct incomplete or inaccurate details, processing may be delayed.

Your package may be delivered by your local postal service or a courier. In many cases, orders arrive with your regular mail. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, a notice may be left with instructions for collection or redelivery.

If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, you must contact the delivery carrier directly to resolve the issue. Brytova Labs is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier and cannot issue refunds or credits in such cases.
