Return Window

Brytova Labs offers a 30-day return policy from the date the customer receives the order. If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we may not be able to process a return or refund.

Both opened and unopened products are eligible for return within the 30-day return period.


Return Authorization Required (RMA)

To initiate a return, customers must first contact our support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted or processed.

Once your request is approved, our support team will provide instructions for completing the return.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Brytova Labs is not responsible for packages lost in transit.

Returns must include the approved RMA number to ensure proper processing.


Eligible Return Items

Products eligible for return within 30 days include:

  • Opened products
  • Unopened products
  • Items that did not meet expectations
  • Damaged or defective products

All returned items should be sent back with the original packaging when possible.


Non-Returnable Situations

We may refuse returns if:

  • The return request is submitted more than 30 days after delivery
  • The product was returned without an approved RMA
  • The item was not purchased directly from the official Brytova Labs website

Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.


Refund Posting Time

After a refund is processed, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement, depending on your financial institution.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it must follow the standard return process.
